It’s a crazy turn of events for 50 Cent as he seeks full custody of his son 12-year old son Sire… While he’s been accused of rape by his ex Daphne Joy for rape??? Which he denied of her allegations.

Crazy part of their situation is that it’s has some weird connection to one of Diddy’s lawsuit filed against him.

It was recently reported by TMZ that Rodney Jones latest amendment to the suit includes claims that she was a “sex worker” for the hip hop mogul which 50 took notice.

His opinion was then expressed via Instagram where he wrote “”I didn’t know you was a sex worker, you little sex worker. LOL ” –

His comments was responded by Daphne when she accused the rap artist of rape, saying, “Let’s put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me,” TMZ also reported.

Ironically, 50 cent has a right to take legal action for his son.

“The disturbing allegations in the sworn pleadings recently filed in a court case related to Daphne Joy the mother of my twelve-year-old child, has required me to take all necessary legal actions to protect my son Sire,” he explained to TMZ.

His statement continued when he added, “The most recent false and baseless accusations by Daphne Joy are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son. My son Sire is my main priority and keeping him in a safe environment is my only focus at this time.”

Shots were thrown Thursday afternoon by 50 Cent to her once more when he posted a photo of Joy with Diddy with the captain of accusations that accepted money from Diddy and repeatedly claimed that she was a “sex worker.”

With the battle of child custody in motion, 50 Cent’s attorney will meet with Joy ‘s lawyer.
