A serious injury has caused Dallas Mavericks’ Kyrie Irving to remain off the court surprisingly during Monday Nights’ game against the Sacramento Kings.
The nine-time All-Star will miss the remaining season when he was diagnosed with a torn ACL as reported by ESPN.
With hard work that he put on the court, surprisingly, Irving suffered from his injury which was noticed when he started to move strangely from his knee within the first half of the game.

He pushed through the pain to insure a victory for his team until tears dripped from his face but he stilled managed to keep moving to when he made two of his free throws before he was assisted off the court, according to Fox News.
“That’s just who, I mean, Kai’s a tough guy,” mentioned Maverick’s Head Coach Jason Kidd said… Fox News also reported. “I asked him as they were taking him off the court, ‘Are you good if you leave without shooting? You’re ruled out.’ So they took him to the free-throw line, and he shot the free throws and then we got him out.”

An extreme amount of effort was made by Irving before he suffered from a serious injury as the 2016 champions’ right foot met with a Kings’ players’ foot within the play, as that active play was the reason for his injury.
This was all unfortunate timing of game night for the Mavericks. “Just unlucky,” Kidd mentioned. “I hope that he’s healthy, that it’s not serious.”
His injury was even more noticeable when Irving held his knee and remained on the floor for a few minutes before he was assisted.
Mavs received an unfortunate loosed to the Kings, 122-98.
